Fizzy Goblet and Rahul Mishra have once again come together to launch a capsule collection just in time for the festive season.
Master of craft and couturier extraordinaire, Rahul Mishra, and traditional-yet-funky footwear brand Fizzy Goblet have come together for another capsule collaboration which seeks to highlight the initiative, aimed to urge people to turn to Indian craft and materials, made by Indian craftspeople.
Fizzy Goblet’s founder, Laksheeta Govil has one colourful, jutti-clad foot in traditional India that prides itself on the precision of the humble juttis functionality. While the other one is in a contemporary world of vibrant, fun footwear. This collaboration with Rahul Mishra whose eye for intricate detail is talked about all the way to Paris is about to be the perfect transition between daily wear to festive wear.
The second capsule collection is designed with neutral bases to offset the vivid colours of Rahul’s signature 3D embroidery. Nature and flora being his constant source of inspiration, the Gulmohar and Gulistan motifs that Rahul has developed through the years will be featured in this collection.
Speaking about the collection, Laksheeta Govil says, “Working with Couturier Rahul Mishra on our second capsule collection has been an absolute pleasure. This time around we got to further explore the synergies of nature together and how our artisans are the mediators that translate nature into accessories.”
