Ek Gulabi Shaam – Rani Pink Gifts has launched a new festive collection.
Crafted in shades of ballroom dances and bell-bottoms, Rani Pink Gifts’ anniversary collection is a dedication to the celebratory days. Ek Gulabi Shaam, brings together the charm of 1960s India and the stories of today, in an old-timey mehfil that recreates to reminisce.
The collection is inspired from a time when each afternoon, spent hosting neighbours for many cups of tea was nothing less than a matinee performance — freshly plucked flowers found centre-stage in bouquets and buns, crockery sets saw the light of day, and the common room got dressed in elegant pastels.
The collection features Indian Potli, gift box, sweets box, a trousseau bag, a gift tray with a flowing net throw.
The classic potli in soft organza and silk dupion dyed in hues of pink is embellished with reels of silver and gold gota, edged with a signature net, gota tassels. With an attached mini pocket, it is detailed with beautiful hand embroidered french knot button. While the box is stitched on a rich silk dupion hand-dyed in hues of pink.
The trousseau bag is detailed with a beautiful hand-embroidered french knot button while the sweets box has a beautiful bow. The gift tray is lacquered pinewood tray dyed in hues of pink layered with a tone on tone soft organza. A flowing net is thrown in signature net and gota tassels.
