India’s largest and most-awarded wine producer has added another 20 luxurious rooms to the country’s first heritage vineyard resort – The Source at Sula, in Nashik. The recently opened and artistically designed rooms at India’s first heritage vineyard resort, The Source redefines luxury with safety.

Enveloped in the lush green vines, overlooking the rolling hills and Gangapur Lake at a distance, the Tuscan architecture is a picturesque canvas that has come to life. Established in 2017, the now 51 room-resort is nestled in the heart of India’s very own wine country in Nashik Valley. A true ode to the vineyards, each room is named after a wine-growing region of the world. The plush rooms are adorned with muted furnishings. The blend of wood and stone exhume an idyllic charm. The kingly balconies splash the rooms with sunlight and majestic views of the vineyards. Equipped with all modern amenities for a comfortable stay, it promises an escape to the vineyard way of life.

Guests staying at the property can take a dip in the temperature-controlled swimming pool or enjoy a relaxing massage at the spa. Vineyard tours and wine tasting sessions are truly enriching and are extended as a courtesy for guests checked-in the property. The mountains and quaint environment are bound to be arresting. For the more energetically inclined, there is a tennis court and gym.

Sula’s premises and resorts have been built on a sprawling 35 acres of vineyards and guests can always enjoy privacy with the benefit of social distancing. To ensure a safe abode, the property is rigorously sanitized along with routine thermal scans of all staff. Masks, gloves, limited seating in lobbies, restaurants, and bars are also strictly observed. Sula’s hospitality team focuses on augmented hygiene and cleaning protocols. Without losing the much-needed personal touch in service, the team is committed to following all norms of social distancing as well.

Surrounded by the beauty of nature, one can enjoy wine tastings at Sula’s tasting room, which also happens to be one of the few places globally where people try their first glass of wine. Locally sourced farm-fresh ingredients make for gourmet delights from the in-house restaurants – Little Italy and Rasa. They also have a special ‘Workation’ package for people at Beyond by Sula and The Source at Sula starting from Rs 5250 per night.

Monit Dhavale, Senior Vice President – Hospitality, Sula Vineyards says, “A stay at Sula has always been about being socially distant. It indulges you with a getaway from the busy and now, dreary city life. We are located on the outskirts of Nashik city with nothing but vineyards, waters and mountains surrounding us. But to be extra cautious we are adhering to all safety measures set by the government to ensure our guests have a truly rejuvenating and safe stay.”
